Cancellation Policy
BOOKING: To secure your coaching session, please provide the required information and make the necessary payment. (Even though payment information is required per booking, if you purchased a package, you will NOT be charged your package investment more than once.) Once confirmed, you will receive a calendar invitation with the specific date and time. CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. 2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or no-shows will be charged a fee. Sessions canceled between 24 and 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the per session rate. Sessions canceled 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or less will be charged 100% of the per session rate. 3. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. 4. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or severe illness, both parties may agree to reschedule or cancel the session without penalty. Please note that this policy is subject to change. We will provide you with sufficient notice of any changes. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, our cancellation policy is essential to ensure fairness for all clients and to maintain the value of your time and commitment to personal growth. By implementing a cancellation fee, we aim to: • Respect the Time of Others: Our coaches dedicate their time and expertise to each session, and late cancellations or no-shows can impact their ability to serve other clients. • Encourage Accountability: A small fee can help you stay committed to your personal development journey and prioritize your scheduled sessions. • Maintain a Fair Scheduling System: By discouraging last-minute cancellations, we can ensure that all clients have equal access to our coaching services.
